Course: Digital Media in Communication Design Feburary 2018 In this project we had to chose an object, photograph it then change it into a graphic reduction where we can only use solid planes, lines or dots to recreate the image on illustrator. We were only allowed to use the color black and white in our illustration. This project gave us an insight as to how you can make use of the different tools and techniques on illustrator. I chose a hole puncher in specific because the professor said that he would prefer and object that is reflective. After the project I un- derstood why because you can see the light and dark spots very easily in them. One thing that I learnt was making something like this takes hours of work and patience to get the precision that you are looking for.
